This policy explains what D4G collects when you join the tester panel, why, who else touches it and how you get it back or deleted. The summary below is not a substitute for the full text, but nothing in the full text contradicts it.

THE COMPANY BEHIND D4G
D4G is a trading name of DASH GAMES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14301258, with its registered office at Preston Park House, South Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 6SB, United Kingdom (“D4G”, “we”, “us”).
We find game testers for other companies. When a partner has a game that needs an outside player, we invite people from our panel to try it and tell us honestly what they saw. We are not a casino, we do not take bets or deposits, and we are not affiliated with any casino.
For the personal data described in this policy, DASH GAMES LTD is the controller under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. That means we decide how and why your data is used, and we are responsible for it.
ONLY WHAT IT TAKES TO SEND YOU AN INVITE
We ask for nothing else at sign-up. Here is everything we receive, including the parts you do not type yourself.
Where you came from
If you reached the sign-up page through a link or an advert, that link can carry reference codes: a click or visitor identifier, the traffic source, and campaign labels. Your browser also tells us its time zone. We store these with your sign-up so we know which channels bring real testers.These codes identify a link or campaign, not your name.
Technical data
Your IP address, browser and device type, and the time of your visit. Our hosting and security providers record these to deliver the page and to block spam and abuse.
Session feedback
If you take part in a session: your answers, the device you tested on, whether you completed the session in time, and the reward credited for it.
Messages to us
Anything you send when you write to us, and our reply.
What we do not collect. Card or bank details, ID documents, your precise location, or any special category data (such as health, religion or ethnicity). The sign-up form also contains a hidden anti-spam field that people never see or fill in; it only helps us filter out bots.
WHAT WE DO WITH IT, AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS
UK data protection law requires a lawful basis for every use of personal data. These are ours.
Sending you invites
We email you when there is a session that fits. Basis: your consent, given when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time with one click, and withdrawing does not affect anything we did before.
Running a session you accept
Giving you access, collecting your answers, crediting your reward, and sending the monthly report on fixes. Basis: performing our agreement with you under the Terms & Conditions.
Keeping the panel honest
Spotting duplicate or fake sign-ups, bots and reward abuse, and understanding which channels bring real testers. Basis: our legitimate interests in running a fair, working service. We have weighed these against your interests, and you can object at any time (see your rights).
Legal duties
Keeping records we are required to keep and responding to lawful requests. Basis: legal obligation.
No automated decisions. We put together testing groups ourselves. We do not make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.
WE ONLY WRITE WHEN THERE IS A SESSION THAT FITS
You will get emails from us when we have a session for you, the monthly list of fixes made after the sessions, and service messages about a session you have accepted.
We do not send third-party advertising, and we do not hand your email address to anyone so that they can market to you.
One click to unsubscribe. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Using it stops our invites straight away and has no other consequence.
A SHORT LIST, AND NONE OF THEM BUY IT
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not rent it out. We share it only with:
- Our service providers: website hosting and security, the platform that receives sign-ups, and email sending and hosting. They act on our instructions under written contracts and may not use your data for their own purposes
- The partner behind a session you accept: only what is needed to give you access and credit your reward. The invite names the partner before you agree to anything
- Authorities and advisers: where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims
- A future owner of the business: if D4G is sold or merged, under the same protections as this policy
When you register with a partner to play a build, the partner collects its own data under its own privacy policy. Please read it: we do not control what partners collect directly from you.
WHEN DATA LEAVES THE UK
Some of our service providers store or process data outside the United Kingdom. When that happens, we make sure the transfer is protected: either the destination is covered by UK adequacy regulations, or we use the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with any additional safeguards that are needed.

AS LONG AS YOU ARE ON THE PANEL, AND NOT MUCH LONGER
Panel membership
While you are on the panel. If you have not opened or answered any of our emails for 24 months, we delete your details.
After you unsubscribe
We keep only your email address on a suppression list, so that we never email you again by mistake.
Session and reward records
Up to 6 years after the session, where we need them for accounting, tax or to handle disputes.
Technical logs
Kept for a short period for security, then deleted or anonymised.
NO ADVERTISING OR ANALYTICS COOKIES
The D4G sign-up page does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from bots and attacks; strictly necessary cookies do not need your consent.
The sign-up page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page opens. This page and our Terms & Conditions do not load anything from third parties.
WHAT YOU CAN ASK US FOR
You have the following rights under UK data protection law. Asking is free, and we reply within one month. We may need to confirm your identity first, usually by writing back to the email address on the panel.
You can ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
If something we hold is wrong or incomplete, tell us and we will fix it.
You can ask us to erase your data. We will, except for anything we are legally required to keep, and we will tell you what that is.
Unsubscribe from any email, or write to us. We stop sending invites straight away.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object, and we will stop unless we have compelling grounds that override your interests.
You can ask us to pause the use of your data while a question about it is resolved, and to receive the data you gave us in a common machine-readable format.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please write to us too.
HOW WE PROTECT IT
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), access is limited to the people and providers who need it to run the panel, and our providers are chosen for their security practices.
No system is completely secure. If a breach affecting your data creates a high risk to you, we will tell you without undue delay, and we will report it to the ICO where the law requires.
18 AND OVER ONLY
The panel is open only to people aged 18 or older, and you confirm your age when you sign up. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has signed up, we delete their details.
IF THIS POLICY CHANGES
We will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will also tell you by email before it takes effect.
